Delivery and Shipping

Mainland UK only available at present

All orders placed will be dispatched at the latest the following working day, so for
orders placed at weekend this will be Monday. We use Royal Mail for all deliveries,
they do their best to get the deliveries to you on time however delivery can take up to
2-3 working days.

Customers are responsible for ensuring full and accurate postcode and delivery
details are provided; whilst we endeavour to scrutinise all labels going out, we
cannot validate and verify all addresses, nor can we cover the costs incurred or
compensate for delivery delays.

Due to delivery procedures, we cannot consider Royal Mail parcels ‘delayed’ or
‘misplaced’ until 7 working days have passed since leaving our facilities.

We currently only deliver to the UK. We are looking to expand into other territories in
the near future.

We offer free shipping for orders above £30 to UK mainland orders.
