Refund and Returns Policy

We are sorry to hear something’s not quite right with your order, please email
emma@selfhoodorganics.co.uk with more details, including your order number and
we will respond to you as soon as possible.


REFUNDS

All our products are subjectively appreciated consumables (food) and we cannot
offer refunds should a product not meet a customer’s singular tastes.
We will review any refund and return enquiries. You may be required to show
photographic proof and/or return goods if deemed appropriate. Any non-defective,
unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery with all original
packing material and invoice/receipts for a refund minus the original delivery
charge. The costs for shipping returned items to Jade & Joy will be covered by the
customer (please bear this in mind especially for International orders…return costs
are often prohibitively expensive).
Only if the return is as a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective
item, etc) will Jade & Joy pay the return shipping costs. Further, in the event of our
error or defective/faulty items, the customer has 30 days to receive a return and
refund.

When returning an item please retain tracking details/proof of postage to cover us in
the event of courier issues/loss. We cannot accept responsibility for packages
despatched to us

RETURNS POLICY

As you are a consumer you may cancel your order within 30 days from delivery and
obtain a refund.


We hope that you are happy with your order, but if for some reason you are not,
below are the steps to return a product.
 
STEP 1
Please email emma@selfhoodorganics.co.uk with more details, including your order
number
Note that all items must be returned unused, with labels and original tags attached
and in original packaging. If goods returned are not in a re-sellable condition, we
may not accept your return. If sealed goods have been supplied you are not able to
return them due to health protection or hygiene reasons if they become unsealed
after delivery.
 
STEP 2
Package your return item securely, ideally in its original packaging to prevent
damage in transit.
Please ensure you receive proof of postage or delivery. We are responsible for your
parcel only once it has been received by us. Items lost in transit will not be treated as
returned and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
 
STEP 3
All returned goods will be examined upon receipt. We will not provide a full refund if
the goods show signs of use or damage to the packaging. In such circumstances, we
will notify you via telephone or e-mail that a reduced refund amount will be available,
or you can choose to arrange for such goods to be returned to you within 28 days of
our notification. We will refund the cost of the goods and not the cost of delivery

STEP 4
Your payment for the goods will be refunded by Selfhood Organics as soon as
possible by the original payment method, no later than 14 days after we have
received the goods. The refund amount will be the amount paid minus the original
delivery charge.
